About
This applied, highly interactive course strengthens participants’ ability to use workforce data as a strategic tool for improving organizational performance. It positions HR and talent analytics within enterprise value creation, showing how people-related decisions influence operational effectiveness, financial results, customer outcomes, and long-term organizational capability. Participants will work through realistic business scenarios, structured analytics exercises, facilitated discussion, and practical decision-making activities. Rather than treating analytics as a stand-alone technical function, the course emphasizes using data to diagnose organizational conditions, identify performance drivers, assess workforce risks and opportunities, and generate insights that inform executive decisions. By the end of the course, participants will be able to: • Apply quantitative tools—including percentages, percentiles, ratios, central tendency, variability, cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and Pareto analysis—to complex workforce and business questions. • Interpret HR and talent metrics in relation to operational, financial, commercial, and customer outcomes, including productivity, quality, revenue, margin, cash flow, EBITDA, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness. • Diagnose organizational challenges by identifying root causes, workforce risks, capability gaps, performance drivers, and intervention opportunities. • Build evidence-based insight narratives that connect workforce patterns to strategic priorities and enterprise outcomes. • Communicate analyses clearly to executive, managerial, and cross-functional audiences through data visualization, storytelling, and recommendation framing. • Translate findings into decision options, implementation considerations, and action plans that support measurable organizational improvement.
